Set Free Church was established in 1986. The vision was given to Bishop Cook early one morning.

 

Bishop Cook was led by the Lord to drive down Walker Street where he located an available building. As a result of his inquiry Bishop Cook was extended an offer to rent the building at the cost of $25. Bishop Cook was face with a great challenge the building was very old and required a lot of work. So the work began in this God-given work, and Bishop Cook work to prepare for the grand opening of the church God sent others to lend hand to help the vision to come to pass. 

 

On June 21, 1986 the doors of the church were open and there was 17 people at the first Sunday service due to the condition of the building we had to relocate to a larger location and souls were continually adding to the church. Gods hand move mightily on this ministry! After five years have passed many miracles have taken place. The hungry were fed and clothed many were healed, delivered, and set free!

 

In 1990 Bishop Cook congregated with a group of elders who were trying to sell their building but was unable to do so as the elders prayed they felt led by God to give Bishop Cooper the building. Set Free Cathedral of Deliverance was then established and  prospered into a new located location 1733 NW. 38th St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for 11 years membership grew to over 200 members and still growing.

 

We then moved 6701 W. Wilshire Blvd. where we serve the community in that area for 13 years we are located now

3001 N. Grand Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73107. We have establish grand occasions a multi-purpose event center, a upcoming education center, and the Set Free culinary café. This ministry serves the total man by promoting spiritual as well as natural well-being of the people of God.

 

The Lord‘s blessings and favor is no secret to this house there has been hundreds of marriages & testimonials from those who have been healed spiritually and naturally through this ministry.
